Permanent jewelry is a custom-fitted bracelet, anklet, or necklace that is welded together with a jump ring instead of having a clasp. It’s simply a continuous chain that you wear until you decide to remove it. It’s a stylish, low-maintenance way to wear jewelry that symbolizes connections, milestones, or personal expression. While it’s durable, it’s not indestructible, and if needed, it can be safely removed with scissors!

Head over to my “Events” tab! At the bottom of that page, will be a request form for private events/parties!
-
Nope! It’s tarnish-resistant, meaning it won’t turn green or rust on you. However, like all jewelry, it loves a little TLC—harsh chemicals (like chlorine or certain lotions) can dull its shine over time. Treat it well, and it’ll keep sparkling for the long haul!
-
Not at all! It’s a tiny, quick zap that only fuses the metal—nothing touches your skin. It’s over in seconds, and no, it doesn’t hurt.

Hospitals have dealt with irremovable jewelry before! Most hospitals will just tape over it, but if they require you to take it off, it’s as simple as cutting it and coming back for a re-weld. No big deal—just let me know when you’re ready to put it back on!

At Ember and Co., we’re honored to create jewelry that holds meaning and memories. While it’s rare for your chain to break at the jump ring, we’re happy to offer free rewelds and sizing adjustments if it happens! That said, we’re unable to replace or repair chains that are lost or too damaged to fix.
Our jewelry is called permanent because it’s clasp-free, but that doesn’t mean it’s indestructible. Its longevity depends on how lovingly it’s cared for. With a little TLC, your chain can stay with you for years to come. 💖
Thank you for trusting us to be part of your story—it means the world to us!

Absolutely! Your bracelet can handle showers, pools, workouts. Just avoid harsh chemicals like chlorine and sulfates to keep it looking its best. Otherwise, live your life—your jewelry is coming with you!

1. Regular Cleaning Routine
Soap and Water: Use mild, fragrance-free soap with warm water. (Dawn dish soap works great)!
Soft Brush: Gently scrub the jewelry with a soft toothbrush to remove dirt, especially around the links.
Rinse & Dry: Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
2. Polish with a Jewelry Cloth
Use a jewelry polishing cloth to bring back the shine. This is especially effective for gold and silver chains.
3. Avoid Harsh Chemicals
Keep your jewelry away from chlorine, perfumes, cleaning products, and hairsprays, as these can cause dullness.
When swimming in pools or using cleaning products, try to minimize direct contact to prolong the metal’s quality.
4. Deep Cleaning (if needed)
For stubborn tarnish, clean the jewelry in a solution of 1 part baking soda + 1 part water for a few minutes, then gently brush with a toothbrush.
By following these simple tips, your permanent jewelry from Ember and Co. will continue to shine and stay beautiful, reflecting individuality and elegance over time!

Absolutely not! The jewelry sits on your skin, just like a regular bracelet—there’s no piercing, no needles, and definitely no welding your body. It’s just a seamless, clasp-free piece of jewelry that stays on until you decide to remove it!
